TEXTURED YARN
This takes place with various twisting and heat setting techniques which generate a crimped effect making the yarn thicker and softer, as well as giving it a stretchiness and a variable ability to go back to its original shape
HOW THEY ARE MADE
The texturation process of a polyamide 6.6 yarn harnesses all the physical and thermoplastic properties of synthetic yarn. A combination of thermal and mechanical techniques gives rise to a stretchy bulky yarn with a good covering power.
BULKINESS
Textured polyamide is crimped to make it softer and bulkier.
ELASTICITY
The textured fibre has excellent stretchiness which is well suited whenever comfort levels are on the top of the list.
RAPID DRYING
Textured polyamide has a 4% moisture uptake which makes it an obvious choice for easy care garments *UNI EN ISO 62.
